Buying Domains the Best Way
This is a guest post by AffiloJetpack
Just buy a good website name, put up a site, get some traffic (and with a little bit of luck some sales) than list it on Flippa and make some money. When it comes time to picking your website name there is a few simple things to keep in mind:
Do keyword analysis to discover a list of keyphrases associated with your niche that get a lot of traffic every month. Then try to get one of those keywords, exactly, as your domain name. That way my site name is a very searched for keyword which may guarantee quite a bit of free, closely targeted, traffic. If all your advertising efforts are going to be online I wouldn’t worry too much about the extension. I’ve had similarly good luck using a .com, .net, or .org. All my marketing efforts are with pay per click or article promotion so no one must type in my website name, they just click a link which is the reason why I do not believe the extensions matter too much. If you are going to be selling in such a fashion that folk would have to actually type in the website name to find your internet site, it may make more of a difference. Treat your internet business like a business and establish your web presence and professionalism by purchasing web site name. The cheap route can work in a pinch but as soon as you are able to afford $10 or hence buy your own name.
